However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price. KakaduAustralia.com will pay shipping charges in the event the incorrect item was shipped. All other returned items must be in original and resalable condition to receive a refund. To receive a refund for the purchase price less restocking fee:

- Notify KakaduAustralia.com at info@kakaduaustralia.com with the reason you will be returning the item(s) within 15 days.
- Securely pack the item(s).
- To ensure a fast and accurate refund. Include a note or copy of the sales receipt or invoice with your name, mailing address and the reason you are returning the item(s).

Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the item and according to your original payment method. Credit Card charges will be credited to the original Credit Card. PayPal payments will be refunded by PayPal Refund Payment. Checks will be refunded by mail.
